VERONICA

RECORDS COORDINATOR

Veronica is one of the first team members our families meet. Her duties include taking initial X-rays, impressions, and photos to get patients started on their way to a beautiful smile. Most importantly, she wants our patients to feel comfortable and have a fun experience in our office. Veronica has one daughter, and they love spending time together doing fun things. 

CARLYN

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Carlyn warmly welcomes new patients into the practice for their initial visits, where she presents orthodontics treatment plans and processes to all patients. She carefully explains how each specific treatment works and how it will give them benefits of a beautiful smile. Carlyn was born and raised in San Ramon and now lives in Alamo with her husband, their two active young boys and her German Shepard dog. They enjoy traveling up to Lake Tahoe, watching her husband and oldest son race cars and taking her kids to Hap Magee park to play.

ANNIE

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

Annie handles the billing and insurance for our office and loves meeting all of the patients and their families. She brings a Midwest warmth to the practice, having moved here from St. Louis, MO in 1999. In her free time Annie volunteers with Diablo Region Porsche Club and spends time with her husband, 4 daughters and her three French Bulldogs; Goldie, Walter and Rosé.

TINA

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

We first met Tina in 2005 when her daughter was a patient, and in 2010 she joined our practice as our scheduling coordinator. She appreciates Dr. Rob and Dr. Kyle’s professionalism and commitment to excellence in all that they do. Tina and her husband first moved to Danville in 1999 with their three children, and then to Alamo in 2014. She recently became a first-time grandma to twin boys and is now expecting grandchild #3, a baby girl. She and her growing family enjoy trips to their cabin, gatherings at their Tiki Bar, and share a love for the outdoors, music, and Disney. 

MARINA

GENERAL DENTIST

Dr. Marina graduated from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1988. She practiced general dentistry in Walnut Creek for 25 years. On Mondays and Tuesdays, Marina comes into the office to remove braces. She gets to see our patients smiles unveiled first and LOVES her job! The rest of her week is filled with hiking, mountain biking, and cooking.

JAN

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Jan has proudly worked with the Cuenin team for 18 years. She spent 15 of her 30+ years as an RDA with our practice and now continues to interact with our patients as a scheduling coordinator. She loves getting to know all of our patients and their parents and strives to make every visit a positive experience. In her free- time she enjoys meditation, hiking and spending time with her friends and family.

JEN

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Jen is passionate about her career as a registered dental assistant. She loves working with patients and being challenged by their individual needs. Her favorite thing is seeing all the beautiful smile transformations at the end of treatment. Outside the office Jen enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

GALINA

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Galina is one of our registered dental/orthodontic assistants who loves her job and our beautiful office. She believes we are making the world better by adding beautiful smiles to it every day. Galina and her husband live in Concord and have three very smart children and two grandchildren.  She enjoys cooking; especially for her family and friends.

JANICE

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Janice has been working as an RDA for 10+ years. She enjoys working with our young kids throughout treatment and watching them grow into young adults with their beautiful smile. She prides herself on making her patients feel comfortable and having a wonderful experience at our office. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 adult children and her spoiled Frenchie Bella.
